Cosmetic procedures improve the appearance of your teeth. These procedures allow Davis & Reese to change the shape, color, and size of your teeth, improving your overall confidence and well-being.

Tooth Whitening

The most popular cosmetic procedure available today, Davis & Reese builds custom teeth-whitening trays made from your dental impressions, designed for you to use at home. By applying a whitening solution to trays customized to your teeth, whitening trays slowly whiten stained teeth over time until you achieve the desired result.

Cosmetic Bonding

Cosmetic bonding is a versatile technique for improving the looks of your teeth. Using a tooth-colored composite resin, the dentist first “roughens” the surface of the teeth needing the bonding treatment, so the resin has a surface on which to adhere.

For minor corrections such as correcting stained teeth, the dentist uses a thin coating of the resin material to change the color. For more complex bonding needs like reshaping crooked teeth, filling in natural gaps between your teeth, and in some cases, restoring decayed teeth, the process requires making molds of your teeth and adhering them later.

A high-intensity light hardens the bonding material, and the dentist polishes it so your teeth look naturally clean and white.

Clear Correct™ Invisible Braces

Now you can straighten your misaligned teeth without the cuts and scrapes caused by wires and brackets known as braces. Once the most despised dental appliance among children and young adults, Davis & Reese provides an effective alternative that straightens misaligned teeth; properly spaces crowded teeth; and prevents malocclusions using an invisible, customizable, and removable appliance known as ClearCorrect™.

Easy to prescribe, the dentist takes x-rays and impressions of your teeth, and sends that information to ClearCorrect™ manufacturers who customize the aligner fit to your needs. By wearing a series of invisible, removable teeth aligners that move your teeth a little bit at a time, the continued use of Clear Correct™ under the supervision of your dentist eventually straightens your teeth.

You can eat what you want, and brush and floss normally; but the best part about ClearCorrect™ is that no one knows you are wearing them!

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are an alternative to dental bonding that significantly improves discolored, chipped, or misaligned teeth. Made from a translucent, glass-like material that acts like enamel, veneers are wafer-thin porcelain shells, bonded to the teeth to provide more of a luster than tooth-colored bonding resin. Veneers look more natural and unlike bonding, the enamel-like veneer material is stain-resistant, so it lasts longer.

If properly maintained, porcelain veneers last many, many years, but not forever. Requiring regularly scheduled cleanings just like your natural teeth, plaque and tartar build up on veneers and in order for them to last as long as they should, good oral care
continues to be an imperative.
